Reich & Tang Deposit Networks, LLC. (also known as Reich & Tang) is an investment management firm based in New York City. Reich & Tang is one of the nation's largest firms dedicated solely to offering deposit and liquidity solutions to financial intermediaries and public and private investment entities. The firm is focused on creating, improving, and delivering smarter ideas to help banks, brokerages, trust managers, RIAs, and public and private sector clients maximize the value of their deposit, liquidity, and short-term investment programs. ==History==
Reich & Tang Inc. was founded as an investment management firm in 1970 by Joe Reich and Oscar Tang, both former heads of research at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Originally covering equity accounts, Reich & Tang entered the money market mutual fund space in 1974 with the creation of the Daily Income Fund. The firm, which began trading on the New York Stock Exchange as Reich & Tang L.P. in 1987, merged with The New England Investment Companies in 1993 and was bought as part of Nvest L.P. by CDC Asset Management in 2000, which became Natixis in 2006.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://ngam.natixis.com/global/1250190074395/Our+History )〕 Reich & Tang liquidated its money fund business in July of 2015 and took the firm private in August of 2015.
